23 hour breast patient survey – Good Hope Hospital (HEFT)
As part of a National Improvement Team Audit into compliance with the 23 Hour/ Day Case Breast Surgery Model, the Pan Birmingham Cancer Network Service Improvement Team conducted a patient experience survey by post. The period this survey covered was from 1st November 2010 to 28th February 2011 and included all patients who had non reconstruction breast surgery at Good Hope Hospital in this period.
