Enhanced recovery and keyworker alerts: going foward QIPP savings in excess of £900K
This report was submitted to Richard Kirby the Chief Operating Officer of Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals as evidence of the QIPP deliverables possible with two complimentary workstreams.
The projects were driven by the patient outcome focused winning principles led nationally by NHS Improvement.
