Birmingham Institute for the Deaf (BID) provides support and advice along all stages of the cancer care pathway to anyone with a cancer diagnosis who has hearing loss or who cares for someone that does.

The service is based at birmingham institute for the deaf on Ladywood Road in Birmingham.

Referrals are taken via the referral form, via email and over the phone. Self- referrals are also accepted.
